This is a place where you can advertise any service for free to the residents of Pheasant Walk. here are a few rules:
You must write exactly what you are willing to do. So if you are a lawn service you need to write: we cut grass, trim trees etc.
You must write when you will be in Pheasant Walk, so you need to write: we cut grass, trim trees etc. Every Wednesday.
You must write the price you will charge, and it must be the same for each home not dependent on size. So you would write: we cut grass, trim trees etc. Every Wednesday. For $60 a month or $15 a cut.
Any company that can plan to be in one place on a certain day can get more business by keeping their cost down. So if you do lawns, pools, rust, weeds, or anything else post here but follow the rules or your posts will be removed!
This is a great idea, I need a new pool company. But also, if someone writes what they do and they are expensive or if anyone had a bad run-in please allow them to post here or create another place to rate companies that service pheasant walk.
